Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Tax Advisory Council of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) was convened by video conference on May 4, 2021 under the chairmanship of Fatih Dural, Council President, with the participation of TOBB Board Members Zeki Kıvanç and Ömer Zeydan.​

TOBB Board Member Zeki Kıvanç attended the opening of the “35th Occupational Health and Safety Week,” which started on May 4, 2021 with the participation of Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Bilgin, Ministry bureaucrats, presidents and managers of labor and employer organizations and academicians.​

The number of capacity reports approved by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey in April 2021 increased by 1,782 (67.3%) to 4,431 units compared to April 2020.​

In collaboration with TOBB and Google, in-service trainings for vocational high school teachers continue with live broadcasts.​

The meeting of the Cement and Cement Products Council of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) was held via video conference under the chairmanship of TOBB Board Member Şaban Aziz Karamehmetoğlu.​

With the participation of Cengiz Günay, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), Meryem Çerkez Gürtunç, Chairwoman of the Committee of Women Entrepreneurs of the Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Commerce (KTTO), and members of the Committee, the TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Upper Board Meeting was held online chaired by Nurten Öztürk, President of the TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) TIR Committee convened via video conference under the chairmanship of Tamer Kıran, TOBB Vice President and Chairman of the TIR Committee.​

Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Turkish Retail Council Meeting took place via video conference with the participation of TOBB Board Member Cengiz Günay and TOBB Deputy Secretary General Cengiz Delibaş, under the chairmanship of Council President Alp Önder Özpamukçu; contributions of Head of the Import Policy Monitoring and Evaluation Department of the Ministry of Commerce General Directorate of Imports Aslı Özsür and Head of the General Directorate of Product Safety and Supervision Sanem Yumurtacı, with the great interest and participation of private sector and senior representatives of non-governmental organizations.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) met via video conference with the participation of industry representatives under the chairmanship of members of the TOBB Board of Directors Engin Yeşil, Zeki Kıvanç and the Turkish Paper and Paper Products Industry Council President Erdal Sukan.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Fairs Committee was convened via video conference under the chairmanship of TOBB Vice President Salih Zeki Murzioğlu. ​
