Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing Council meeting was held in Ankara under the chairmanship of the Council President Kutlu Karavelioğlu with the participation of Mehmet Büyüksimitci, TOBB Board Member responsible for the Council.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Tax Advisory Council convened via video conference with the participation of TOBB Vice President Ender Yorgancılar and Board Member Zeki Kıvanç under the chairmanship of Council President Fatih Dural. At the meeting, current developments in tax and labor legislation affecting the business world were discussed. ​

Edvar Mum, President of TOBB Free Zones Council of Türkiye, visited Junghwan Lim, Head of the Economics Department at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Waste and Recycling Industry Council meeting was held with the participation of TOBB Board Member İbrahim Burkay.​

TOBB ETÜ, ASELSAN and KTO Karatay University in cooperation with the BIGG GARAJ program carried out within the scope of TÜBİTAK 1812 Support Program, 900,000 TL investment support will be given to entrepreneur candidates. ​

Selçuk Öztürk, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the 2nd Mecca Halal Forum organized at the Mecca Chamber of Commerce under the coordination of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development (ICCD). Selçuk​

Seyit Ardıç, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the “Safe Future at Work Meetings” organized by the General Directorate of Occupational Health and Safety of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in order to improve and promote occupational health and safety.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Retail Council meeting was held via video-conference under the chairmanship of the Council President Alp Önder Özpamukçu with the participation of TOBB Board Member Cengiz Günay.​

TOBB Board Member Seyit Ardıç attended the 8th Term Meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkish-Turkmen Commission on Economic Cooperation held at the Presidential Complex with the participation of Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz and Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Turkmenistan Nökergulı Ataguliyev. During the meeting, the Protocol and Action Plan for the 8th Term of the Turkish-Turkmen HEC were signed. ​

Tamer Kıran, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), and Sarp Kalkan, Deputy Secretary General of TOBB, attended the B20 South Africa Kick-off Meetings held in Cape Town on 24-25 February 2025.​
