Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Chemical Industry Council, together with a delegation of Council Members, visited the General Directorate of Environmental Management of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and evaluated the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (KKDİK).​

The International Road Transport Association (IRU) organized the Large Scale China-Europe Road Transport Event webinar on 5 July 2022.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Turkey e-Commerce Council, under the chairmanship of Council President Ozan Acar, met in Istanbul as a hybrid with the participation of Abdullah Karaboyacı, Vice President of the Revenue Administration (GİB).​

The delegation of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (ATAMEKEN) visited the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).​

According to the Domestic Goods Communiqué (SGM 2014/35) prepared by the Ministry of Industry and Technology in accordance with Article 63 of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and published in the Official Gazette dated September 13, 2014 and numbered 29118, 1,368 Domestic Goods Certificates were approved by TOBB in June 2022.​

The “GES Applications in Industry” webinar was held in cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), Turkey Energy Council and the Energy Investors Association (GÜYAD).​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Tax Advisory Board convened via video conference on July 5, 2022 with the participation of TOBB Board Member Zeki Kıvanç and under the chairmanship of Board Chairman Fatih Dural. ​

Within the scope of the Chamber/Commodity Exchange Accreditation System efforts, Strategic Planning Training was held at TOBB Twin Towers on 4-5 July 2022 for the 9th and 12th Term Accredited Chambers/Exchanges.​

The number of Industrial Capacity Reports approved in the first 6 months of 2022 increased by 12.3% compared to the same period last year.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Cement and Cement Products Council meeting was held with the high-level participation of public, civil society and private sector representatives under the chairmanship of TOBB Board Member Şaban A. Karamehmetoğlu and Council President Fatih Yücelik.​
